1. Client question
Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen asked Pasas to support intervision groups in a way that would strengthen learning, ownership and practical application on the work floor. The request was not just to facilitate sessions, but to build a sustainable learning approach tailored to the level, needs and evolution of each group. From the start, the goal was to create a strong partnership with the client and to help participants grow in self-reliance through structured peer learning.
2. Pasas approach
We started with a detailed alignment meeting with the client to understand the background, prior knowledge, development stage and expectations of each learning group. Based on that intake, we designed and facilitated the intervision process with a strong focus on trust, confidentiality, active participation and clear group agreements. We worked with a flexible five-step model for intervision, while adapting our interventions to the concrete context and questions of the participants. Our role was not to position ourselves as the all-knowing expert, but as facilitator: stimulating interaction, structuring reflection and helping the group move towards useful outcomes. To strengthen transfer to practice, participants worked on their own cases, reflected on what they would do differently, captured actions in a personal workbook, supported each other through a buddy system and continued exchanging knowledge via an online learning platform. Each trajectory ended with an evaluation meeting with the client to discuss progress, action plans, organisational attention points and possible improvements for the next round.
