1. Teaching Mediation in Practice
For more than eight years, Saskia & Pascal have been teaching in the Postgraduate Programme in Mediation at UCLL, both in the basic module in mediation and in the specialisation in social affairs. This long-term teaching role reflects the strong link between our practice in mediation and conflict work and the training of future mediators.
2. Where Practice Becomes Training
Pascal has also been teaching specialist modules for many years. Together, we contribute to programmes that combine legal, organisational and social-psychological perspectives on conflict, always with a strong practice-based orientation. This allows us to bring real-life cases, tested frameworks and field experience directly into the classroom.
We also teach in the mediation training at KU Leuven, in the training for prevention advisers specialising in psychosocial aspects (Odisee) within the KULeuven ecosystem, and in the annual supervision sessions for confidential counsellors at IDEWE.
3. Tailored Learning in the Field
In addition, we design and deliver tailored learning trajectories for a wide range of clients. These customised programmes translate our expertise in mediation, conflict analysis, leadership and organisational development into formats that match the client’s own context, challenges and ambitions.
