Tractebel Infra – From Strategy Matrix to Action

1. Client question
Tractebel Infra wanted to turn a strategic collaboration model into a concrete and shared business direction. The transition manager and general director asked for support to align a management team of around 40 people around these ambitions: working as one team, translating the PMC matrix into action plans, launching sustainable cross-border collaboration, and clarifying the next steps of the transformation plan.

2. Pasas approach
Pasas designed and facilitated a two-day retreat as a focused strategy implementation intervention. We acted as change management partner from a strategy lens, while also serving as a sparring partner on content, programme design and facilitation. The retreat combined methodologies such as Open Space, outdoor training, Dynamics, strategy mapping and action planning to create both strategic clarity and strong engagement across the management team.
