Brussels Airport — Turning Values into Everyday Culture

1. Client question
Brussels Airport wanted to bring its values framework to life across the organisation. The CEO was looking for a sharper view on how the airport could strengthen its own identity and embed its values more visibly in daily leadership, collaboration and decision-making.

2. Pasas approach
Pasas designed a focused diagnostic within the available budget. We conducted four in-depth interviews with key stakeholders using an Appreciative Inquiry approach, followed by a group reflection with the management team. We then reported the confidential findings to the CEO and facilitated feedback sessions with both the management team and the interviewees to create shared ownership of the next steps.

3. Impact

  • The project made clear that culture change requires more than internal communication.
  • HR started integrating the values more explicitly into processes and day-to-day operations.
  • The CEO and management team increased their focus on visible role modelling, helping turn the values framework into a more credible and actionable part of the organisation’s culture.
